Process of booking

1 | Waiting list now open!

My bookings are currently open. Here’s how it works: Secure your spot with a 50% non-refundable deposit. This deposit ensures your place in my schedule and reserves time just for you. By booking your spot, I turn down other substantial and important projects to dedicate myself to your portrait.

2 | Email

Once you book your spot by filling out the booking contact form, I will send you an email with all the details about your order, including what I’ll need from you to begin.

3 | Photos

Photos should clearly show your subject & ideally be high quality. If possible, take a photo of your pet/subject at eye level and in clear, soft lighting such as using a window or natural daylight. Don’t worry about perfection - I've worked with all kinds of photos and references, even very low quality ones. I know it's not always possible to provide a photo of a furry friend or family member that passed away, but I'm experienced with all kinds of situations—I’ll guide you if needed. Share anything special about their personality or story to make the portrait meaningful.

4 | Mockup Creation

I’ll create a digital mock up based on your photos in Photoshop and email it back to you.
*Please note I have over a decade of experience as a photographer, so if you happen to be local, I can also do a home visit to take a great quality photo of whatever you would like to be turned into an art piece! Otherwise please don't hesitate to ask any questions on how best to photograph your subject*

5 | Painting Begins

Once you are happy with the mock up & the 50% deposit is received, I’ll begin the process of creating the original physical portrait. This is where your vision truly comes to life. I approach each piece with meticulous care and precision, ensuring that the final portrait not only reflects the essence of your subject but also becomes a meaningful and lasting work of art!

6 | Completion & Delivery

After your portrait is complete, I’ll ship it to you securely. Shipping cost will vary depending upon the size of the portrait. I use Tracked & Signed for delivery for your assurance.
If you wish, we can also meet in person for me to give the piece directly to you!
